Prof. Dr. Ashraf M.D. Hashim
Chairman
Dr. Ashraf is a scholar of Islamic finance and jurisprudence. He serves as the Executive Director of the International Shariah Research Academy for Islamic Finance (ISRA) and is a Professor at INCEIF University. Dr. Ashraf has served on several Shariah boards, including Takaful Malaysia and ACR Retakaful. He is currently the Chairman of the Shariah Advisory Council (SAC) at the Central Bank of Malaysia and a member of the Shariah boards for institutions such as Securities Commission Malaysia, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Standard Chartered Bank in UAE, and Imon International Tajikistan.

Prof. Abdussalam Ismail Onagun

Dr. Abdussalam is a professor of Islamic Economics and finance with a doctorate from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He is the Managing Director at Dar Qitmeer Smart Consultancy and Adjunct Professor at Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University. With experience at Noor Islamic Bank and the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB), Dr. Abdussalam has consulted for various financial institutions and published 5 books. His research areas include Islamic economics, Takaful, capital markets, and blockchain technology.

Dr. Warshu Tijjani Rabi’u

Dr. Warshu Tijjani Rabi'u holds a PhD in Islamic Law from Sudan University of Science and Technology and is a Senior Lecturer at Bayero University, Kano. He specializes in Islamic law, including Mu'amalat, Comparative Fiqh, and Waqf. Dr. Warshu has served as the Deputy Director of Research and Publications at the International Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance (IIIBF) and is a certified Financial Literacy Trainer by the Central Bank of Nigeria. He is the founder of S&P Universal Investment Limited and Yusfa Consults.
